House of Healing -- Open every Wednesday, 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m.
BLAZE --Bringing prayer, unity, empowerment community to youth through high school Bible Clubs. The next BLAZE event is scheduled for Friday, March 23, 2007, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Church of the City headquarters.
Flatblack Fridays - Every last Friday of the month. Sharing the good news through the culture of hip hop. (Beginning March 30, 2007, 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.)

First BLAZE Unity Event - December 2006
Christ-based clubs of Northeast Los Angeles high schools joined together for the first BLAZE unity event on Tuesday, December 5th at Hermon Community Church in Northeast LA. It was a night of youth prayer, praise, and celebration. Youth also participated in an outreach cleanup at Franklin High School on the morning of December 9th.
Backpack Giveaway-Aug 2006
In August 2006, Church of the City in conjunction with the Historic Highland Park Neighborhood Council, the Arroyo Seco Neighborhood Council, and the City of Los Angeles sponsored an event giving over 800 backpacks forchildren going back to school. Free food, haircuts, and music, were offered to the community during this event.
